Ingredients

  • 1kg rice noodle cake
  • 400g thinly-sliced beef
  • Greens: lettuce, coriandrum sativum, marjoram etc.
  • Garlics, chili, gingers
  • Cooking oil

Directions

1. Wash all greens then soak into weak salt-water mixture, make sure they are clean and healthy. Peel and smash the garlics, ginger; mince the chili. Season the beef slices.
2. Heat a frying pan, make sure it is hot enough then pour oil into the pan, put in the smashed garlic along with seasoned beef. Fry the beef mixture.
3. Lay the rice noodle cake then place the greens and beef slices and wrap to make a proper roll.
4. Dipping sauce: Make a mixture with a ratio of 1 sugar + ½ vinegar + ½ lemon juice + 1 fish sauce + 3-4 water. Add minced chilli and ground garlic into the mixture.
5. Serve your spring rolls with the dipping sauce and enjoy!
